Dahlia Remix Notecard Carriers

Can you make cards from a page kit? Yes! Transform Club Scrap's Dahlia Remix page kit and folding board into two amazing gifts! Recycle the Farm Critters Remix card kit instructions to create two notecard carriers with belly band closures. Simply substitute Dahlia papers for the Farm Critters papers listed in the instructions.

Each carrier holds eight greeting cards and envelopes. The trimming instructions include all the cuts needed to create sixteen card bases and panels.

To replicate the notecard carriers and cards below, use the following paper assignments:

Sketch #1: (1) White and (1) Dark Purple
Sketch #2: (1) Yellow, (1) Dark Purple, (2) Light Purple, (2) Purple Print
Sketch #3: (2) Pink and (2) Orange
Sketch #4: (2) Pink Print

Once all of the trimming and sorting is complete, follow the instructions to assemble the two notecard carriers.

Next, mix and match up the card bases and panels as desired. Finish each card using the cutaparts included in the Dahlia Remix kit and/or your favorite stamps. I chose to add images and sentiments from the original Dahlia stamp sheet (no longer available), along with stamps from the What's Up, Buttercup? collection.

One carrier features an orange interior. Let's take a closer look at the cards inside.

The other carrier has a pink interior.

Pair the Dahlia Remix Jumbo masking stencil with a blend of Club Scrap hybrid inks to dress up the plain white panels. Stamp sentiments using India ink.

Club Scrap's instructions and formulas have so much value. Don't be afraid to recycle your favorite card kit instructions - pair them with a special release kit or coordinating papers from your stash to create something new and different!

Happy crafting!
